AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations. This full-time role requires early mornings and Saturdays, with responsibilities including packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, prior warehouse work, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also expected to ensure smooth operations.

Mansioni

• Assist in overseeing the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in running the warehouse
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments, which includes lifting and carrying materials
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members
• Assist with inventory counts
• Order warehouse supplies when needed
• Assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members
