Capstone Logistics is seeking a high-energy, hands-on associate to join our warehouse operations in Cleveland, OH. You will learn all aspects of receiving, unloading and loading operations, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision, and you will interact directly with customer staff and delivery personnel.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training available.

• Assist management and communicate with leadership.
• Support receiving, unloading, or loading operations.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Maintain workflow to meet customer expectations.
