Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years warehousing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Forklift experience is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, order preparation and delivery of material.
• Promote a safe work environment for all employee owners.
• Receive purchase orders in the computer.
• Unload incoming freight and verify against packing lists.
• Store and locate inventory accurately in the system.
• Coach and train employee owners and maintain warehouse knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement in housekeeping and operations.
