Job summary

Cigars International in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 11:30 am to 8 pm shift. This on-site role leads a team of Warehouse Associates, driving safety, quality and productivity while supporting inventory operations.

You will mentor and coach staff, manage labor during the shift, and collaborate with other Leads to balance throughput. Experience operating forklifts and other pallet-jack equipment is preferred, as is a track record of process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience achieving and improving performance metrics.
• 1+ years of inventory control experience.
• 1+ years operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, etc.).
• Experience in process improvement and CI methodologies.
• Spanish & English speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to maintain safety, quality and productivity.
• Motivate, mentor and coach team members.
• Develop labor plans and balance throughput with other leads.
• Proactively analyze performance and create action plans.
• Support recognition and communication programs.
