Responsibilities

• Supervise the performance of health enthusiasts to support business needs.
• Manage daily communications and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Maintain department resources, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports and spreadsheets for strategic decisions.
• Lead ongoing training and ensure adherence to SOPs by associates.
• Support projects and collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues.
