Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Atlanta facility. You will lead a team, assign tasks, train staff on SOPs and safety, and ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus experience with WMS and RF scanning. Flexibility for shifts including weekends is expected, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics training is a plus.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations with a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities to meet operational goals.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Train new and existing warehouse staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Oversee equipment operation (e.g., forklifts) and coordinate with replenishment and shipping teams.
