Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a warehouse worker.
• Experience using warehouse equipment and RF scanner preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong English language, math, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between management and team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews to agency temporary staff.
• Monitor the break schedules of employees.
• Support the supervisor with establishing goals and delegating tasks.
