Job summary

SUPPLY NETWORK INC. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in the United States (New York area) to provide hands-on leadership for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will coordinate daily priorities, train team members, and ensure safe, accurate material handling and dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving/inventory control preferred.
• Experience leading teams and directing daily activities is strongly preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software systems is expected.
• Forklift experience and safety compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and direct warehouse employees in shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and material handling.
• Coordinate daily priorities and workflow to support accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
• Process and track warehouse transactions using RF scanners and WMS/ERP systems.
• Verify inbound/outbound shipments and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials safely.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Fabrication, and other departments to meet delivery schedules.
• Promote safety, housekeeping, and compliance with procedures.
• Identify efficiency improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
