Job summary

Old-Castle-Building-Envelop in Las Vegas is seeking a Production Line Operator to assist in streamlining the production flow in a department. You will operate all line sections, support the supervisor with personnel and workflow, and train new hires while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and daily compliance with quality procedures. Prior experience in a manufacturing setting and basic math/tape measure reading are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Operate all sections/stations of the work center for training and troubleshooting purposes.
• Assist department supervisor with personnel and workflow management.
• Train new hires and transfers into the department.
• Ensure proper safety equipment is worn and safety awareness is maintained.
• Ensure proper quality control procedures are followed and report issues.
• Check machinery for proper function and report issues.
• Ensure shift production targets and quality standards are met.
• Provide feedback on department performance to the supervisor.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
