Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of local safety and health requirements.
• Strong understanding of cGMPs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and math skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and train team members.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production line processes to meet goals and ensure safety.
• Provide training to team members to complete job functions.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Produce quality finished goods and identify non-conforming products.
• Ensure correct components for each run and document lot numbers.
• Adjust machinery to improve performance.
• Perform quality control checks and report problems.
• Follow company policies, cGMPs and SOPs; perform other duties.
