Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee safety, productivity, and efficiency of the assigned area during the shift. You will supervise and guide warehouse staff, ensuring timely, high-quality service to Core-Mark customers while maintaining safety standards and proper training.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced distribution environment. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in warehouse environment preferred.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, productivity, and efficiency of the assigned area during the shift.
• Lead and communicate with warehouse employees to maintain operations.
• Ensure consistent practices and policies are followed.
• Monitor supplies and direct replenishment efforts at stations.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working condition and safe operation is prioritized.
• Provide training and onboarding as needed; maintain records of shift activities.
