Job description

Warehouse Lead / Customer Success Associate

Job Information:

  • Contract to hire, located in Parlin, NJ
  • We distribute replacement parts. Our parts are customize rubber belts, straps and harnesses used on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Schedule/hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Paying $22- $25 per hour (based on experience)

Warehouse Lead / Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:

  • Learns our entire line of products sold, becomes familiar with different types of rubber product, brands, and associated accessories, lubricants, rollers, bearings, etc.
  • Works closely with new customers, learns and understands their equipment, issues, and problems. Develops and sells a solution.
  • Handles sale inquiries through internet, email, and phone inquiries, some walk-in customers. Many orders are repeat business.
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our product line.
  • Updates and manages the company website, including posting pictures.
  • Passes customer orders to Warehouse Associates / Manufacturing Technicians for fulfillment and explains orders to co-workers based on customer interactions / knowledge.
  • Provides customer support by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers.
  • Assists in inventory management.
  • Performs administrative tasks, as needed.

Service Advisor Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Rubber products, General Industrial Supplies, Bearings, Industrial Belts, Inventory Control.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including ERP management and MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
