Job Details : Warehouse Lead

• Job Title : Warehouse Lead
• Pay Rate : $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 1 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Position Responsibilities : Warehouse Lead

• Safely and efficiently put away and pull pallets of food products and loose items from tight racking.
• Operate a stand-up forklift in cold, refrigerated, and frozen conditions.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and USDA guidelines.
• Report any food safety or quality issues to supervision or quality assurance.
• Work professionally and collaboratively with a laid-back management team.

Position Requirements : Warehouse Lead

• Minimum of 6 months of recent cold storage, stand-up forklift experience.
• Ability to work in cold, refrigerated, and frozen conditions.
• Willingness to work potentially 50+ hours per week, with overtime available.
• Must be able to complete a 2-hour GMP orientation and safety training.
• Successful completion of a 7-year background check and a 5-panel drug test.
