Capstone-Logistics,-LL in St Charles, MO seeks a motivated warehouse associate for a Monday-Friday 4:30am start with overtime as needed. Earn $25.00/hr with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days.

You will learn receiving/unloading/loading operations, yard marshalling, and safety observations while coordinating with leadership. Duties include moving pallets with a forklift or pallet jack in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be high-energy with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; fast-paced and physical.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings.
• Perform stretching exercises before each shift.
• Conduct safety observations.
• Support management and coaching training.
• Communicate with leadership.
• Fulfill yard marshalling duties.
• Learn all aspects of receiving/unloading/loading operations.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.

Duties

• Pre-Shift meetings
• Stretching exercises before each shift.
• Safety observations
• Support management

• Communication with leadership
• Plus all the yard marshalling duties
• This is the next step in an associate's path to management
• You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
