Job summary

Pegasus Logistics Group is seeking a warehouse associate to move materials, unload and stock products, and support a fast-paced distribution operation. You will operate forklifts, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate inventory while following safety policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, forklift certifications, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

  • Unloads, picks, packs, counts and checks items to maintain inventory.
  • Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors and other material handling equipment per safety policies.
  • Views or inputs information into a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, or other database.
  • Complies with the Company’s Quality Management System.

Job Profile Summary

Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. View or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database. Comply with the requirements of the Company’s Quality Management System.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Stand and reach forklift certifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Meet customer requirements in a fast-paced work environment with a strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated, positive, have a high degree of integrity, dependable, and participate as a team member to achieve common goals with a sense of urgency

Physical Requirements
  • Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds
  • Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
  • Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
