Job summary

Pegasus Logistics Group is seeking a warehouse associate to move materials within a warehouse and perform supporting tasks. You will unload, pick, pack, count, and check items to maintain inventory and operate material handling equipment per safety policies.

You will use WMS/ERP systems to input or view data, ensure quality management compliance, and collaborate with teammates to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Forklift certifications required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Customer service orientation essential.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Move materials within a warehouse; perform unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking.
• Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors) per safety policies.
• View/input data into WMS/ERP or other databases.
• Comply with the Company’s Quality Management System.

Job Profile Summary:

Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory.
• Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures.
• View or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database.
• Comply with the requirements of the Company’s Quality Management System.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of related experience
• Stand and reach forklift certifications.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Meet customer requirements in a fast-paced work environment with a strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated, positive, have a high degree of integrity, dependable, and participate as a team member to achieve common goals with a sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to positively manage conflict.
• Understands the use of Warehouse Management Systems and possesses the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiencyin English, including the ability to speak, read, write, andcomprehendEnglish, isrequiredfor this position.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
• Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
