Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Dothan, AL is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 3rd shift to supervise and direct warehouse activities, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with operations leadership.

You will assign tasks, monitor inbound/outbound shipments, perform equipment inspections, and coach associates to meet service standards while maintaining compliance with Lineage policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels and PPE in cold/dry storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and initiate corrective actions.
• Manage loading/unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation as needed.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
