Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to lead a large team.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Word.
• ERP/EMS systems experience; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lead and train employees.
• Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues.
• Commitment to quality, service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Delegates and assigns work duties.
• Coordinates departmental activities with other teams and support functions.
• Identifies and prevents nonconformities related to product, process and quality system.
• Controls nonconforming product until corrected.
• Maintains training matrix and supports training in zone.
• Engages and develops team for continuous improvement.
• Addresses safety concerns and leads by example.
• Reports results and improvement ideas to management.
• Assigns responsibilities and evaluates completion.
