Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee a dynamic, on-site team. This role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on supervision, safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement across daily warehouse operations.

You will coordinate activities, mentor staff, ensure SAP and EMS systems run smoothly, and drive reliable operations to meet production timelines. The position requires proactive communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required to lead a large team.
• Previous experience in leading people.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word.
• Experience with ERP or EMS operations systems required; SAP and Bartender knowledge a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees.
• Communication & Collaboration: communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• You support our team as Warehouse Lead on the 2nd shift.
• Lead and train employees on the shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity in daily warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with SAP/EMS systems and cross-functional teams.
