Job summary

AMS OSRAM is hiring a 2nd shift Warehouse Lead to supervise hourly associates, ensure safety and quality, and drive daily operations at our Kentucky facility. You will train staff, manage cycle counts in SAP, and coordinate with teams to meet production and shipping schedules.

We offer competitive wages, a $2.00 shift differential, an opportunity for a $0.50 hourly raise after 6 months, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Preferred leadership experience overseeing hourly associates.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job.
• Well organized with strong time-management skills.
• Able to obtain and maintain 3 powered industrial truck licenses.
• Successful drug screen and basic computer literacy (SAP, MS Office).

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

$2.00 shift differential

$0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review

Qualifications.

• Preferred experience in a leadership role

• Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job

• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented

• Must be able to achieve and maintain a minimum of 3 powered industrial truck license certifications.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

• Must be computer literate in SAP, Microsoft office applications.
