Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking Freight Handlers to join our warehouse team in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and accuracy matter daily. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 95 pounds and repeatedly move pallets, with attention to detail and safe work practices.

Ideal candidates will communicate clearly in English, maintain respectful interactions with coworkers and vendors, and comply with all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic math skills.
• Freight Handlers must lift cases by hand weighing 25–95 pounds and handle between 50 and 200+ pallets.
• Must work productively and safely.
• Warehouse environment can vary from high heat to very cold temperatures.
• Steel-toed safety shoes are required.
• Must interact respectfully with coworkers, customers and vendors.
• Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push and squat for most of the day.
• FHI trainer experience preferred.

High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to speak and write English for effective communication. Basic math skills. Leadership skills and ability to supervise people and production effectively. Must have valid driver’s license and pass consumer background checks. FHI trainer experience preferred.
