Job summary

Freight Handlers is seeking dedicated individuals for a warehouse position in the Town of Florida, NY. You will be responsible for unloading tractor-trailers, operating forklifts, and handling freight in a fast-paced environment. The role offers pay ranging from $18 to $20 based on performance and includes full benefits such as medical, dental, and 401(k).

What You’ll Do:

• Unload tractor‑trailers in a fast‑paced warehouse setting
• Operate forklifts & powered pallet jacks (training provided)
• Break down and restack pallets
• Handle freight weighing 25–80 lbs. throughout the shift
• Work in varied warehouse temperatures (from 32°F to 90°F)

Work Conditions:

• Lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat throughout the shift
• Handle 25–80 lb cases; move 50–200+ pallets daily
• Work in temperatures from 32°F to 90°F
• Must be able to hear and respond to speech, alarms, and safety alerts in moderate to loud environments
