Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in South Brunswick, NJ. The role is full-time non‑exempt with a Monday–Friday shift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, and a salary of $21.00‑$21.50 per hour. Reports to Robert Johnson in department 3136‑QA, focusing on safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include guiding associates, optimizing resources, promoting teamwork, and maintaining quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• Onsite, in-office role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to perform necessary duties.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork orientation.

• Capable of using a computer for extended periods.
• Lift and move up to 64 lbs with or without accommodation.
