Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in South Brunswick, NJ is hiring for a Warehouse Associate. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and pays about $16.00 per hour.

This onsite position reports to the Shipping/HDS department manager and requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. The job involves using HubM for putaway and picking, RF equipment, PKMS receiving, and cross-dock tasks, with safety and OSHA compliance emphasized daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask and be extremely detail oriented in all tasks.
• Ability to perform basic math (add, multiply, subtract, divide).
• Willingness to learn Warehouse Management System (PKMS).

• Flexible to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize HubM system for putaway and picking transactions.
• Operate MHE to complete receiving and picking functions.
• Conduct dock searches for cartons as needed.
• Account for all cartons moved in assigned areas (physically and systemically).
• Prioritize hot orders with the lead.
• Load/unload trailers safely using RF equipment.
• Use PKMS for receiving and labeling inbound product and verify OS&Ds.
• Perform daily put-away tasks and pallet loading to trailers.
• Pick and put away products from cross-dock trailers and racks.
• Verify products are in correct lanes and count accurately.
• Inspect merchandise for damages and discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area per OSHA guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Associate position is located in South Brunswick, NJ.

• Utilize HubM system for putaway and picking transactions
• Effectively utilize MHE to complete receiving and picking functions
• Conduct dock searches for cartons as needed
• Systemically account for all cartons that are moved in assigned areas
• Work with the lead to prioritize any hot orders
• Physically and systemically load/unload trailers using RF equipment
• Use PKMS receiving and labeling of inbound product, including verification of OS&D's versus inbound paperwork for shipments
• Daily put away duties to include putting away of product on all types of MHE and loading of product to trailers as needed
• Picking and putaway of product from cross dock trailers and racks
• Verify products are in correct lanes
• Inspect all merchandise for damages and count discrepancies
• Safely and efficiently operate material handling tools and equipment
• Keep work area safe, organized and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements daily
• Other duties as deemed necessary
