Qualifications

  • 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
  • Prior lead or senior associate experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks including picking, packing, loading, receiving, and replenishment.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
  • Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate shift updates and collaborate with supervisors.

About The Role
