Job summary

ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and serve as a back-up to the Service Center Manager. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to move into leadership.

You will oversee daily tasks, complete paperwork, use Word and Excel, operate a forklift, ensure safety, and help the team meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment with ORBIS values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Use Word and Excel for documentation.
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to supervisor.
• Operate forklift safely to load/unload materials.
• Ensure safety rules and policies are followed.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals.
• Follow incident and customer complaint protocols.
• Ensure team meets job expectations and ORBIS policies.

About The Opportunity

ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely

• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints

Work Experience

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience
• Prior forklift experience required
• Prior leadership experience
