Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a crew member for loading, unloading, and material handling at our Greenville, SC site. You will ensure finished goods meet customer requirements, perform cycle counts, and support CI activities as part of a safety-conscious team.

Join a two-brand Packaging and ORBIS operation with opportunities to grow in a dynamic supply chain environment, with day and night shifts and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred or required.
• 1-3 years of shipping/receiving experience.
• Able to move materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to assigned locations.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight with quantity and quality checks.
• Ensure materials are properly identified and stored/shipped per procedures.
• Participate in all physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Stock and issue materials as needed.
• Work safely using required PPE and equipment.

About The Opportunity

In this position you will load, and unload finished goods and incoming materials ensuring finished goods are properly packaged and meet customer requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to their assigned locations.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, including verification of quantity and quality of all shipments.
• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification and suitability for storage/shipment.
• Participate in all physical inventories.
• Perform cycle counts of various products, components and supplies, as needed.
• Stock and issue materials as needed.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required.

• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.

Work Experience:

• Forklift experience
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving

Shift Hours and Schedule:

• 3-2-2 - 6:00 - 6:00 - Day Shift and Night Shift
