Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead for ORBIS RPM to supervise daily warehouse operations and back up the Service Center Manager. This role guides staff, coordinates loading/unloading, and ensures safety and accuracy in paperwork.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of warehouse experience, forklift proficiency, and prior leadership. Join a team focused on efficiency, quality, and strong customer service while supporting company goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
• Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies

The Opportunity ORBIS RPM

ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back‑up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
