Job summary

Menasha Corporation, including ORBIS RPM, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide daily warehouse operations and serve as a back-up to the Service Center Manager. This role requires forklift proficiency and leadership to support production and logistics activities.

You will utilize Word and Excel for documentation, participate in safety practices, and help ensure accurate records while supporting company goals and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center.
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies.

ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
