Overview

This position is responsible for assisting the Inventory Control Manager with the performance of the warehouse order processing team. This role may also be required to pull and check orders to ensure all work is completed within allowed time constraints. Additionally, the role involves maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. Daily work schedules vary based on business transactions and customer needs, and shifts may include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

What you will need:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass all pre-employment checks, including background check and drug testing.
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
• Be in good physical condition and capable of lifting over 60 pounds, standing for long periods, climbing steps and ladders, and capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products.
• Have previous experience operating warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and order selectors.
• Have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Have management experience supervising 4 or more people.

How you will make an Impact:

• Prepare, communicate, and expedite branch product replenishment paperwork, receiving, and shipments.
• Complete daily change processes in the branch system, including data entry and communication with relevant personnel.
• Serve as the primary contact between the Chadwell Distribution Center and branch warehouse personnel.
• Strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction through accurate inventory management and effective communication.
• Maintain a positive attitude and cooperative spirit among employees. Supervise and assist with product selection, transfer, packaging, and shipment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all inventory, receiving, and shipment activities are accurately recorded in the system.
• Collaborate with management on inventory, receiving, and shipment process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
