Senior Team Lead & Solution Architect Warehouse Mgmt w/m/d

Our client is the global market leader in chemical and ingredients distribution. It is an international company which manages complex supply chains for both chemical manufacturers and consumers by simplifying market access to thousands of products and services. It combines a global network with outstanding local execution. Therefore, it is the industry’s most effective and preferred channel to the market for partners.

You will be responsible for product roadmaps and solution design of Warehouse Management Systems, including E2E design, system integrations, and data enablement. You will partner with the Global Business Process Owner to design golden templates that will enable modular deployments and localization enhancements at speed and scale. You will also translate business requirements of WMS into technical workstreams and end-state design, as well as propose executable short-term solution design for legacy systems that are not yet transitioned to Global Digital Enterprise Architecture.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for technical architecture of SAP EWM solutions.
• Coordinate the development and deployment of the new SAP EWM solution.
• Manage and control the externals which help to integrate the solution.
• Improve the relationship with the providers and make sure SLAs are followed.
• Handle, protect, and maintain the global Warehouse Management solution from the beginning.
• Define the best practices in the integration space and adopt best practices of other industries.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Operations, Behavioral Science, or related industry experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with minimum 8 years in large ERP and WMS, and 5+ years in solution architecture.
• 3+ years in middleware/integration design, and 2+ years in working experience with 3PL and 3+ years in managing teams.
• Solid experience working with Middleware integration (SAP Data Integration), API, EDI, data-streaming, etc., and ability to articulate technical requirements for connectivity and interfaces.
• Good business process analysis skills.
