Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Lead for Marysville, OH. This full-time role starts on 1st shift at 4am, Monday to Friday with every other Saturday.

You will oversee warehouse operations and assist the Warehouse Manager with packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control. AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to immediately hire to fill the role of Warehouse Lead, Full-time in Marysville, OH. This position will work 1st shift starting at 4am. This position works Monday-Friday, and every other Saturday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory
• Support the Warehouse Manager in running the warehouse
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments, which includes lifting and carrying materials
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members
• Assist with inventory counts
• Order warehouse supplies when needed
• Assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members

Requirements:
