Monday–Saturday | Off Sundays | 5:00 PM until finish

Position Summary

The Warehouse Lead will primarily work in Little Rock, AR and specialize in order selecting/production. In addition to production duties, the role includes daily leadership, safety, training, and administrative responsibilities. Take advantage of weekly pay ranging from $750–$1,200, with the majority of earnings derived from production output.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform order selecting and warehouse production duties.
• Safely operate anelectric stand-up pallet jack.
• Maintain daily production expectations and productivity standards.
• Send daily Labor Planners with beginning-of-shift updates, including:
• Current headcount
• Expected completion time
• Expected headcount needed to maintain production
• Complete end-of-shift PCT reports documenting actual production, what was accomplished, and any outstanding work.
• Conduct safety observations on associates and new hires.
• Train and retrain associates as needed.
• Assist with maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Communicate production updates and issues to management.
• Assist with conducting interviews when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Electric stand-up pallet jack experience is mandatory.
• The candidate must have previous experience operating an electric stand-up pallet jack. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the position.
• Additional warehouse, order selecting, forklift, leadership, or logistics experience is preferred and appreciated but is not required.

The Opportunity

• This is the next step in an associate's path to management
• You will learn all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
