Warehouse Lead
Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).
Essential Functions
- Ability to complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position
- Leading a group of shipping and receiving team members
- Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers
- Communicate instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse
- Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded
- Prepare documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice)
- Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time collection and/or loading of the finished product
- Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform
- Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained
- Communicate any deviations, problems, and/or abnormalities with the equipment, processes, and products
- Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked by the team member’s manager or supervisor

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience in the Position
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
