Warehouse Lead

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions

• Ability to complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position
• Leading a group of shipping and receiving team members
• Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers
• Communicate instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse
• Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded
• Prepare documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice)
• Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time collection and/or loading of the finished product
• Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform
• Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained
• Communicate any deviations, problems, and/or abnormalities with the equipment, processes, and products
• Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked by the team member’s manager or supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
