thyssenkrupp is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead I in Texas to manage the assigned work area, train staff, and coordinate activities on the warehouse floor. The role involves leading a team, ensuring safety, and delivering quality results while liaising with customers and onsite management.
The position requires hands-on leadership, ability to work shifts including nights and weekends, and strong organizational skills. A forklift is preferred and familiarity with scanners and tablets is beneficial.

Ensure completion of work and customer requirements while complying with all company quality and safety processes. May provide input to the Onsite Manager regarding performance.
