Job summary

Halperns' Steak & Seafood in Walton, KY is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage pork and beef lines, monitor raw material flow, and ensure proper PPE and safety compliance.

You will coordinate with the Production Manager on staffing, enforce policies, and drive daily production goals. Requires 3+ years USDA production leadership and proficiency in yield management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of USDA production leadership experience.
• Proficient in yield management.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manages Pork and Beef line and monitors raw material to cut shop to ensure correct usage.
• Ensures all raw material employees are properly scanning boxes and using proper PPE.
• Communicates with Production Manager on staffing needs.
• Works with peers to ensure production flow remains efficient.
• Enforces company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
