The Warehouse Lead at McLane Global will coordinate and assist in supervising warehouse activities related to inbound and outbound processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
2. Read, write, and communicate effectively in English (reading pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information, completing paperwork, and following verbal instructions).
3. Work independently or as part of a team.
4. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
5. Immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns during warehouse operations.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
7. Coordinate daily warehouse activities with management.
8. Monitor replenishment, selection, and loading of products to ensure efficient flow.
9. Provide training on job techniques and safety requirements.
10. Resolve warehouse issues, problems, or conflicts.
11. Follow the organization's mission, values, and practices.
12. Deliver exceptional customer service.
13. Be dependable, self-motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
14. Work with mechanical and basic hand tools.
15. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
16. Perform basic mathematical calculations.
17. Use Microsoft Office D365, RF Scanners proficiently.
