IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc., seeks a full-time Warehouse Lead in Holdrege, Nebraska to manage warehouse operations and fleet activities.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehousing, forklift operation experience, and strong computer skills, with responsibilities spanning paperwork, shipping, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year operating forklifts.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to operate trucks with tow trailers.
• Willing to pass Motor Vehicle Record check per safety policy.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test after offer.

Responsibilities

• Maintains warehouse.
• Assists with fleet management.
• Records distribution of materials moving in and out of warehouse per company policies and procedures.
• Delivers material/equipment utilizing trucks with or without tow trailers in surrounding local/regional territories.
• Ensures all paperwork is completed and recorded per company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, material transfer sheets, returns, shipping documents and packing slips, vehicle maintenance and delivery records.
• Operates, maintains, repairs basic warehouse equipment/tools and obtain operation certificates as required for heavy material equipment such as forklifts.
