Feeser’s Food Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Harrisburg, PA area to oversee the 12:00 PM–8:30 PM shift and support the 7 Brew account. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding a team, coordinating daily workflows, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably leading 10+ employees.
• Forklift and/or warehouse equipment experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Willingness to become certified on required warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities during the 12:00 PM-8:30 PM shift.
• Serve as the primary Warehouse Lead supporting the 7 Brew account.
• Provide daily direction and support to warehouse associates.
• Coordinate picking, replenishment, staging, loading, receiving, and put-away activities.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, staged, and prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor workload, productivity, order accuracy, and completion of daily assignments.
• Help assign and prioritize work based on operational needs.
• Train and support new and existing warehouse associates.
• Reinforce company safety procedures, policies, and productivity expectations.
• Communicate attendance, performance, safety, and operational concerns to management.
• Identify workflow issues and help develop solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment and provide hands-on support to the team as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support Warehouse Supervisors and Managers with daily operational needs.

Feeser’s Food Distributors is looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to help lead our 12:00 PM-8:30 PM warehouse operation, with primary responsibility for supporting our 7 Brew account.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows warehouse operations, can keep a team organized and productive, and isn’t afraid to jump in and work alongside the team.

The Warehouse Lead will help coordinate daily workflow, monitor order accuracy and productivity, provide direction to warehouse associates, and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably leading 10 or more employees.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM and overtime when required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift cases weighing up to and occasionally exceeding 80 lbs.

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform physical warehouse duties.

• Work in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments, with temperatures ranging from approximately -10°F to 90°F.
