Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Warehouse Worker Lead in Goodlettsville, TN to oversee daily workflow and assist with loading and unloading trucks. The role requires hands-on involvement with pallet jacks, walkie riders, and voice headsets in a fast-paced facility.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a warehouse, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This on-site position offers full-time hours with overtime potential.

Job Overview

Warehouse Worker Lead - Goodlettsville, TN

About the Role

• Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks.
• May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
• Directs daily work flow of a team.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 8:30 AM– finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

This position could utilize the following equipment: Electronic Pallet Jack - Walkie Rider - Voice Audio Headset - Shrink Wrap

This position could include: Hand Stacking - EPJ - Pallet Jacks - Voice Audio - Headsets - Picking - Picker - Order - Order Selecting– Pallets

Total Rewards

• $23.18 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
