Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Warehouse Worker Lead in Jacksonville, FL. You will oversee the daily flow of a warehouse team, ensure accurate loading and unloading of trucks, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move product.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in multi-temperature environments. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Stand/walk for full shift; push, pull, bend, twist.
• Work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Check built loads for accuracy and load/unload trucks.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move products.
• Direct daily workflow of the warehouse team.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the warehouse.

Job Overview:

Warehouse Worker Lead - Jacksonville, Florida

About the Role

• Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks.
• May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
• Directs daily work flow of a team.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 1:00PM– finishe d
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

This position could utilize the following equipment: Electronic Pallet Jack - Walkie Rider - Voice Audio Headset - Shrink Wrap

This position could include: Hand Stacking - EPJ - Pallet Jacks - Voice Audio - Headsets - Picking - Picker - Order - Order Selecting– Pallets

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $24.76 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $26.12 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.{
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
