Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Warehouse Worker Lead in Tulsa, OK to check loads for accuracy, load and unload trucks, and direct the daily workflow of a team. The role may involve operating equipment like pallet jacks, Walkie Rider, and shrink wrap, with multi-temperature work environments and overtime as needed.

Compensation starts at $20.83/hour with a raise to $21.95/hour after six months; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, tuition and mileage reimbursement for eligible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.

About The Role

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 11:00 AM – finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

This position could utilize the following equipment: Electronic Pallet Jack - Walkie Rider - Voice Audio Headset - Shrink Wrap

This position could include: Hand Stacking - EPJ - Pallet Jacks - Voice Audio - Headsets - Picking - Picker - Order - Order Selecting – Pallets

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $20.83 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.95 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over‑head.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
