Job Title: Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead who possesses the same experience as our Warehouse Associates, coupled with former leadership experience. This role involves being a working lead for the team and assisting with team planning.

Responsibilities

1. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
2. Control inventory and manage data entry.
3. Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
4. Organize stocks and maintain inventory levels.
5. Inspect products for defects and damages.
6. Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
7. Organize warehouse space efficiently.
8. Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
9. Check, verify, and fill invoices.

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Proficiency with warehouse data systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Capability to lift or move heavy products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with computer systems in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of material handling, picking, loading, and inventory control.

Work Environment

The role is based in multiple warehouses on our client's site, with responsibilities involving moving equipment within the manufacturing process. The environment is non-climate controlled but very clean. Located in a nice manufacturing facility, the shift is Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4pm, and Friday from 6am to 2pm. We are transitioning to a straight 40-hour workweek (4 ten-hour days).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
