Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead to oversee shipping and inventory management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehousing, leadership experience, and strong communication skills. Expected shift is Tue-Sat, 7am-4pm with overtime as needed; forklift and RF/WMS proficiency preferred.

• Operate Sit Down forklift and manage inbound material using RF gun and WMS.
• Ensure proper inspection, unloading, and accurate inventory entry of inbound materials.
• Weigh, pack, and store boxes with materials in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and injury-free work environment.
• Coordinate work duties and oversee the development of warehouse employees.

Our client, a dynamic logistics and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Shipping Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and inventory management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Lead

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 7am - 4pm, with overtime as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience with inventory management, supervision, and safety protocols
