Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience required.
• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Experience with inventory control, order picking, shipping, and receiving preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Assign work and monitor productivity to meet daily goals.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory activities.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies through routine inspections.
• Communicate shift priorities, operational updates, and production goals.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Location: Fairview, OR

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Strong focus on order-picking accuracy and quality
