Job summary

TurnPoint Services in Iowa is seeking a Warehouse Associate to backbone daily operations, ensuring materials are purchased, received, staged and managed for field teams. Youll support technicians by handling calls, verifying warranties, and keeping inventory accurate.

Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed to support field operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from technicians, vendors, and employees and make outbound calls to support field operations.
• Verify warranty coverage, order parts, and confirm pricing with vendors to keep jobs on track.
• Purchasing and managing materials and equipment to ensure technicians have what they need when they need it.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock, and stage materials for technicians and departments.
• Flexible and assist with satellite warehouse operations as needed.
• Pick up or deliver equipment and materials to support projects and field teams.
• Keep the warehouse, building, and fleet vehicles clean and organized, and maintain a safe workspace.
• Assist with fleet maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules; provide excellent internal customer service.
• Take on additional duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager to help the team succeed.

Role Overview

Warehouse Associate (2025-1175)

• As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring materials are purchased, received, staged and managed efficiently. You'll support our field technicians by handling calls, verifying warranties, and keeping inventory accurate and organized.
