Warehouse Lead

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions
  • Ability to complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position.
  • Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members.
  • Responsible for communication flow to load finished products onto trailers.
  • Communicate instructions to equipment inside the warehouse.
  • Coordinate loading locations for trailers.
  • Prepare documentation such as purchase orders, bills of lading, and invoices.
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading of finished products.
  • Review operator and carrier data in the Tracking Platform.
  • Maintain food safety practices and comply with SQF System requirements.
  • Report deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products.
  • Perform any reasonable or safe tasks assigned by managers or supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years experience in a similar manufacturing environment, in the specific role, and managing people/projects.
