Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain in Braselton, GA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations and a team of associates. You will coordinate receiving, replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory controls while ensuring safety and accuracy on the floor.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm, with a focus on achieving production goals, maintaining excellent attendance, and collaborating with department leaders across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• This is an onsite and in-office role.
• Knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, Profiling, and Waving.
• Proficient with Excel, PKMS, RF Scanners, and AS400.
• Able to multi-task and be detail-oriented in written and verbal communications.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team; able to work overtime and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals and provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience.
• Control the workflow on the floor to prioritize team goals and meet deadlines.
• Track productivity, research and resolve issues, and provide feedback on productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Leads/Operations Managers to trade resources when necessary.
• Suggest improvements to current techniques.

• Have Intermediate knowledge of basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction
• Have excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
