Qualifications

Schedule: Monday - Friday.8am-4pm (Hours may vary)

Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our Warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team in production staging, receiving, picking, and packing. You will work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to communicate shipping and receiving matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform and accomplish warehouse duties that include – Production Staging, PO Receiving, Pick, Pack and Ship.
  • Maintain inventory system integrity by conducting accurate (bin transfers) with ERP System.
  • Conduct Bin Put-away activities daily. Placing finished products from manufacturing in storage locations in the warehouse.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies and maintain accurate records of all incoming shipments.
  • Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices using ERP system.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations using ERP system.
  • Accomplish organization mission by completing related tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues.
  • Operate company vehicle to transport goods to and from production.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years year of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), are required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence team members.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
  • Lift 25 – 50 pounds regularly.
  • DOT Physical, Drug and Alcohol screen required.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include but not limited to education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
