Job summary

Future Infrastructure, LLC is seeking workers for field construction in our telecommunications projects. You will perform general construction tasks, dig holes and trenches by hand, install underground cabling, and set up safety perimeters.

Ideal candidates can operate or work around heavy equipment, comply with safety rules, and communicate effectively with customers and crew. Some travel to out-of-town sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general construction work under supervision and in field conditions.
• Knowledge of underground cable locating is a plus.
• Must be able to operate and work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Comply with FMCSA rules and regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction work under the direction of Foreman/Supervisor.
• Hand dig holes and trenches with shovel and hand tools.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling and set up safety perimeters.
• Flag traffic and use signage, cones, and barriers.
• Conduct daily walkarounds and report defects to mechanics.
• Communicate effectively with customers and crew members.
• Willing to travel for out-of-town assignments.
